Love is…is a celebration of 66 champions, men and women who gave and give unselfishly of themselves to help others, the aged, lonely and ill, struggling families in the grip of Vulture Funds, hungry children and homeless.
The colourful publication is a follow-up to Mud, Sweat & Jeers and Treasure Lost, Treasure Found. The 454-page book is on sale in city and county shops along with brilliant local bookshops The Kilkenny Book Centre, High Street and Khans bookshop, James’s Street.
All volunteers in the book are interviewed.
