We know three locals in the accompanying picture but it would be great to know all of those enjoying a social evening in our city many moons ago.
From left we have Micheál Guidera, a great character and friend often known as Mick the Mission from his African work adventures of yesteryear.
Then we have Seamus Ryan, a top class basketballer of another time and beside him is former Kilkenny People employee, a lover of nature, Seán Kerwick, originally from St Teresa’s Terrace.
We would be delighted to hear from any readers who might know the other good people in the photograph.
