SOUTH Kilkenny club Carrickshock proved too good for city side O’Loughlin Gaels in the Intermediate Hurling League at the weekend.
The opening games saw the Gaels score a hard earned win over Graigue Ballycallan in the senior league but the intermediate outing against the ‘Shock proved to be a pointless exercise for the St John’s Parish Club.
On a score of 2-14 to 0-13 the ‘Shock won both points on offer in an interesting game at Danesfort GAA Grounds.
