THE FOURTH annual Great Wheelbarrow Parade in Thomastown proved to be another great community occasion.
Local groups, businesses and families took a leaf out of the life of the late lamented Molly Malone as they wheeled their wheelbarrows through the streets broad and narrow of the picturesque Town of Thomas.
There were prizes at the St Patrick’s Day 12 noon spectacular but the event was one of those great community events where everyone, participant and spectator, was a winner.
